The [1] in Indiana University’s [2] in the School of Public Health-Bloomington is recruiting a doctoral student interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in Leisure Behavior with a contextual area of study focused on social-ecological systems and sustainability issues. The lab conducts research focused on a range of sustainability issues within the areas of sustainable food systems and conservation behavior (in both the urban and rural domains).

The successful student will also be affiliated with [3], a world-renowned institute that serves as a catalyst and incubator for learning ways in which governance institutions can be crafted to enhance human well-being, while promoting democratic principles and sustainable resource management.

To receive full consideration, applicants must meet all admission requirements of the [4] and the Dept. of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Studies, and have a completed master’s degree at time of enrollment.
