We are currently accepting applications for the Montana State Trails Coordinator. This position is to promote the establishment, maintenance and access of recreational trails in Montana. The incumbent should possess a thorough knowledge of the National, environmental assessment procedures, and environmental impact statement procedural requirements.

 

This position administers the Recreational Trail’s Program for the State of Montana, one of the main funding mechanisms for trail work for all agencies and partners across the state. This is an advanced position and will require someone who has both knowledge of fiscal and grant administration, trail work, and a passion for creating partnerships and community building.
