- Build an enthusiastic team of ambassadors for Chicago, dedicated to providing lasting memories for our bike tour guests through excellent service
- Extend your network by making connections within the Chicago tourism community

- Encourage feedback from our clients and team, discussing ideas and bringing solutions to the rest of the leadership team
- Manage daily operations at Bobby’s Bike Hike Chicago, ensuring all shop procedures and initiatives are in order to reach your individual and company goals

- Keep processes and procedures as simple as riding a bike

Technical Qualifications for this General Manager role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or tourism management
- Two plus years of Management experience preferred; or background in tourism, hospitality, or service
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Calendar, and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
- Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
