Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation is still searching for the right candidates to fulfill our Recreation Specialist positions. Due to promotions within our organization, we now have two Specialist roles to fill.
We are looking for a Recreation Specialist whose primary focus would be working with our Early Childhood, Youth and Teen population, including assisting in our summer day camp program. In addition to our Youth and Teen Specialist we are also looking for a Recreation Specialist whose primary responsibility is designing and implementing programs for our adults with intellectual disabilities. This role exclusively oversees our Special Olympics sports programs, including Softball, Volleyball, Track and Field, Powerlifting, Basketball and Golf.
