Under general supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, on an assigned shift of a multi-shift operation, assesses consumers; interprets assessment results and makes therapeutic intervention recommendations; develops and implements treatment or habilitation program; observes, evaluates and reports on consumer's response to treatment/habilitation program and recommends continuation or revision; develops work plan and procedures with Director of Rehabilitation Services.
